BYU Law Review

Student Submissions

The Law Review encourages all BYU law students to submit their work for publication. In an effort to give students ample opportunity to publish their work, approximately four student pieces are selected to be published in each issue. Additionally, one issue each year consists of a survey of selected decisions from the 9th and 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and contains solely student pieces.
